Dan great app, I am an HAI installer, and have recommended h@me to customers. Right now mine and one customers, cannot see status of UPB lighting, if the switch turns it on/off, but a copy of Haiku app sees status, so switches etc are set up OK. Any ideas??

Application keeps dropping Sync and won’t re-sync so I am now away from home & can’t control lights, temp, security making it unreliable…there is no way for me to correct this from iPhone.

Is the price of $39 for home 2.0 a one time fee or a monthly charge? Also what is HAI? I am interested in installing my own home security system and using my iPhone to manage it for minimal cost and no monthly fees. Will this work?

Dan, I bought the app after owning ver 1.0. FANTASTIC!!! Thank you so much for your hard work. I agree that $39 is the cheapest thing connected to my system, and well worth it. Thanks for the hard work and r & d. I found this site because I swapped my board out (Pro II) and could not save my info. Just read the above post and understand now. I am an HAI dealer and recomend this app to EVERYBODY with an iPhone. No suggestions for now, just happy I can open my garage, disarm the house, turn down the A/C, and turn on the lights with 1 buton. From my iPhone! I am curious about the Snaplink for iPhone, but after looking at it, I’ll stick with yours. And if people think that $39 is too much, wait until they see the price of Snaplink! Thanks again.

Hey Russ, 2.0.6 had a bug that prevented preferences from being saved, so I pulled it until 2.0.7 get’s approved. Hopefully it will be back up on Monday.

@Jarvis, sorry you feel that 40$ is too much. I take it you have read my reply above about the reasons I’m charging the amount i am? In my system, 39$ is the cheapest thing connected to my Omni, its also one of the most useful. I have found that the vast majority of users agree with me and have been very positive about supporting the continued development of H@me.

I have H@ME 1.1 and have been looking forward the next major release. But at $40, I’ll continue to use 1.1 — It allows me to control my lights, change the temperature of my thermostats, and change the security mode just fine… so THANK YOU! I understand that you want to make money, but $40 is just WAY too expensive. I’d definitely buy it at $10, and might consider it at $20 (which would still be the most expensive app I’ve ever purchased by A FACTOR OF 10) but not at $40. I’ll add it to Bargain Bin to send me a notification when you put it on sale, you know, to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day or something.
