I am having the same problem as the above individual. "I always get “Connection Failed. Network Connection Failed”. Clicking “Reconnect” quickly returns with the same failure message. I tried deleting the H@me app, and reinstalling. Still no help!"
I was wondering if it had to do with the new software download for HAI? I have the latest software download as of January and am wondering if this is the reason that app. continues to have problems.

Thanks,
Darin

Love your H@me software. It works great, on my main home. My vacation home is having trouble though. I configured my wife's iPhone's H@me to control our main home (no problem at all). I configured my iPhone's H@me to control our vacation home. Here I am having the problem. H@me crashes quite often upon launch (It was configured properly). When it doesn't crash upon launch, I always get "Connection Failed. Network Connection Failed". Clicking "Reconnect" quickly returns with the same failure message. I tried deleting the H@me app, and reinstalling. Still no help! I have tried setting the IP address as the local (192.168.0.150) eliminating the firewall/router from the problem. I do have a public "dyndns" address port mapped (4369 TCP UDP) to my local address. I am able to PING my HAI panel. When I click "Reconnect", I see a GREEN LED flash quickly inside the HAI panel (Omni IIe with EPROM 3.2). I've tried several different network cables, with similar results. Can you suggest anything to try? How close is v2 to release? Are you looking for any Beta Testers? Do you take donations for this software? Is any of the source code available for download?
Thank you!

I did get my system going but I find at times when I access my information from my cell phone that the information is not correct. For example I can go to lights and it will show that some of the lights are on when in fact none of my lights are on. Is there something that I can do to refresh my phone app. My Omni IIe board is 3.2b and I have the latest updates to my phone.

Thanks

I am sorry to bother you but I still have not been able to connect. If you have some suggestions that would be greatly appreciated (I have an Omni IIe v3.2 and iphone with the latest updates. I have a Netgear DSL Modem/Router DGND3300 which is wireless. My Omni IIe is not hard wired I have a Netgear Wireless Access Point/Bridge WN802T that is connected to the Omni IIe with an ethernet cable. I am not sure what is configured wrong. I forward port 4369. I don't believe the Omni IIe has a default Gateway setting, if it does I am not sure what it is. It would be somewhat hard but if needed I might be able to run an ethernet cable from the router to the Omni IIe. I am not sure that would make a difference. When I try to ping the card or access point I get destination host unreachable. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Sorry, but i'm not able to connect with my HAI Omni Pro II v 2.15.
I have 3GS iphone with last firmware. I don't know if it is a bug or my Omni Pro II is not supported at all.
Any help will be appreciate.
Many thanks for your work

hey dan,

running the latest firmware on an omni pro 2 with 3.1 on the iPhone. I connect fine, but it starts loading the names cache, then the program shuts down. does the same thing every time. wifi or 3g. connection is good... nut it always crashes on loading names cache.

Thanks again for the H@ME app.
On you next update can you add Temperature Sensors and Humidity Sensors to it?

Thanks Jerry
