Good news everyone!
H@me 1.0 is now available as a free download from the Apple App store.
H@me ( Home ), formally known as HAI.app, is a native iPhone application that allows you to control your HAI ( www.homeauto.com ) Omni or Lumina home automation controller via your iPhone.
-Lighting controls (on/off and levels).
-Thermostat controls (heat and cool set points, fan settings, heat/cool/off modes).
-Temperature and humidity sensors.
-Buttons (Programmed Macros).
-Multi room audio controls (Russound, Nuvo).
-Security system (arming control, zone status).
-Web camera streaming.
Take a look at the H@me project page for more information.

Hey,
I was wondering if the source code for H@me 1.0 is open source?
I was interested in the IP Camera part of the code.
Due to Apple’s NDA, I’m not permitted to publish code or even talk about the internals of it. Until they see reason again its not an option and I don’t want to risk having the app pulled.
Oh yeah. I forgot about that. Well Now I will have to figure it out myself.
Thanks.
Hey Dan,
I installed the app on my phone. Its on the wireless network right now.
I want to connect to my ip cameras to the the app.
I added the mjpg url of the IP Camera (Axis) to the preferences alongwith the username and password for the same.
The camera is in the same network.
and I left the all the “Omni/Lumina Properties” as blank.
When I go to the “Cameras” option from the main menu, I get “Connection Failed Login values was not set”. I keep getting the same message when I click Reconnect.
It seems the “Omni/ Lumina Properties” are required.
Is there any way to get around that and directly connect to the IP Camera.
Mjpeg is not the same as a jpg. The url should be to the static JPG image.
I am ready to purchase an HAI omniLT controller for my home and want to know 1- if the LT will work and 2- what will I need exactly to have network access, a wireless add-on??
The omniLT’s should work if they have a ethernet jack, but I have not tested against one (there are no IP wireless add-on’s). You will need to set up the omniLT with a IP addreess as well as configure your home DSL or cable to forward traffic to it. If you are unsure of how to do this, your installer may be of assistance.
I put in all settings for my omni II pro panel. When I try to connect eithernet tx/rx on omni blink but it rejects connection. What is the format for hex key? Sometimes h@me crashes and goes back to my home menu on iPhone. Any suggestion. Thanx
Kyle
Any possibility of controling omni over 3g?
Hi kyle, the key is in hex format (aa:dd:cc:dd and so on), so it uses a colon : for separating the 2 digit combinations. It does work over 3g, edge or wifi. Please see the ticket section on the project page ( http://digitaldan.com/projects/home ) for information on how other users have set up their home networks to be accessible to their iPhone over 3g

hey dan. I get error(2012) when trying to control my russound system. I can operate russound from hai keypad. I have cav6.6 on port 2. By the way your the man for releasing this app. How could we get panasonic ip cameras on cam.
Hi Dan
Looks like a totally awesome app if I can get mine to work. Are the keys case-sensitive?
Thanks again for providing this for HAI owners.
Allan
Hi Dan,
Just found H@me. Love it!! Can’t believe it is free! Have you considered a link to where People/ME can send a donation. I would gladly support your efforts. Best program ever. Simple and does as advertised. Thank You so much!!!!
Susan
Hi Dan
Awesome app. I can’t see my cameras and wonder if the DVRs are the problem. Through snaplink it is not a problem and the address takes me to the DVR1 with 4 cameras but do I need to add DVR1 to the address for H@me?
Otherwise, works as promised and is too cool for words.
Thanks
Allan
Hi AMR, can you access the cameras via a web browser? H@ome needs the full URl to a static JPG image. If you can get to a webpage to view a single image, right click on the image and select “View Image” (at least on firefox). The URL in your browser bar is what you want. If you still are having trouble, open a ticket up on http://digitaldan.com/projects/home and we can trouble shoot some more.
If I want to use 3G do I have to get a url from DDNS? Our HAI is behind a Netgear Firewall/VPN. If I’m on our network the wireless works fine, but I can not access it outside the office. Thanks
good job on buiding a solid app. it would be halpfull if zone bypassing was an option and maybe code enforcement for arming. but otherwise nicely executed.
DigitalDan,
I was looking for a apps programer. Its a use other than home applications. A friend of mine here in whitefish mt gave me your link and I wanted to email you privately but could not find your email. Could I talk to you about the direction I should take for designing a gps/location type of device with the itouch software?
Regards,
Philip
hey Dan.
First of all let me thank you for this wonderful application.
I started using it since last week and was working perfectly over the wifi as well as edge.
For some reason the h@me is crashing from yesterday. it goes to the first page which shows as connecting… and then goes back to the iphone home page with no error message. could you help me out here.
thanks
SOni
solved the problem!
I just uninstalled and installed the h@me again.
it works now
thanks again Dan
and kyle you may want to do the same.

dan – i have tried to load on itouch and it says code and I have no idea what to put in…is this my alarm code? I did put in key 1 and key 2. Help Plese. thx
hi ken, this should be a valid alarm code.
Dan:
It started to crash again today. (please see my earlier replies)
Is this a bug or is some thing wrong with the way i did?

Dan
I have added more light switches to my system. Will you be able to add names and buttons through your app. Or will I have to go through pc access.
Thanks
Kyle
Dan -
Great application! I set up my configuration and all works well with the exception of the camera. I setup a panasonic camera that I can view remotely by typing the camera IP address in a browser. When I add the camera in the phone it looks like it connects (does not give me the error loading message) and the screen is black. Any thoughts? I am an HAI dealer and this will be a great add on for us if we can get the camera to work. Thanks Dan!
Hi Kevin, does the url you are putting in end in .jpg ? Make sure its not a mjpeg movie and just the static jpg.
Thanks for the response. I type it in in the following format. Http://abc.viewnetcam.com:80
This is the UR with firewall port on the end.
the url needs to be directly to the image, not the page that contains the static image (not movie). when you are looking at the page page with a single (non movie) image in a browser, right click on the image and select “view image” (at least in firefox), the url in the browsers bar is what you want. I quickly googled and checked the panasonic manual, try
http//abc.viewnetcam.com/SnapshotJPEG?Resolution=320x240&Quality=Standardand see if that works.
This is probably a stupid question. I just got an Iphone, never used anything apple before. I looked through the apple app store did a search for home h@me, and looked on google. I can find the download. Sorry any suggestions?
Hi Brian, I had someone else report the same thing a while ago. I just checked and it worked for me. What I did was open itunes, select “iTunes Store” from the left panel (right below “Library” and above your play-lists), then used the search bar in the upper right corner of the app to search for h@me. Its the only match that comes back in the applications results box. While I think the name “H@me” is rather neat, the @ kinda adds problems around searching.
Dan, I did a Search on the iphone and it came right up. I must give you Props. I had this set up in 5 min, snap link mobile took 3 hrs. Not to mention snap link mobile really stinks, along with windows mobile. The design and flow of this app is awesome.
Hi Dan,
Here is a solution for all the people who have trouble getting the Cameras to work — Use WebcamXP!!! (www.webcamxp.com) I have used it and it works perfectly. URL sample would look like this… http://:8080/cam_1.jpg .
Yhis app is FREE for 1x Camera. Q. When will work start on V1.1 w/ deg C catered for?
I have enjoyed the iPhone app – thanks. Every device loads except for the thermostat. All devices are viewable on Snap-Link. Any ideas on why the thermostat / temperature / humidity etc does not display? Thanks.
I left out temp and humidity sensors in the first release, the next will have it. I’m trying to find time to get the next version done as soon as possible. HAI Thermostats should work, if they are not viewable then its the first I have heard of it. The next version is based of a new protocol from HAI and I hope it will fix these types of issues.
I have subscribed to your RSS feed for a long time but it seems that all I get now are hacks for online casinos and gambling. Did you you that?
My web site and project page are being spammed. I am going to make a few changes to hopefully stop it.
Hello Dan,
I am an HAI dealer in Lexington, KY and always recommend a remote access software product to all of my customers. I personally use Snap Link Mobile on my WM6 phone but I am considering moving to the iphone. Your H@OME software really looks very nice and I look forward to using it. I would never even consider moving to an iphone if H@ME were not available. I have also sent out information to some of my customers for H@ME.
FYI – I did read a previous post regarding the use of H@ME on an LT system. I just wanted to let you know that LT controllers are not available with ethernet connectibility. Only Omni IIe and Omni Pro II, as well as Lumina controllers have this feature.
Thank you very much for your work on this product.

Thanks so much Dan for you effort. One thing I am curious about is using this on my iPOD TOUCH. It works great, but I was concerned using it from an open wifi access point. Since everything is sent in the clear at an open access points, how does his app communicate with OMNIPRO? Can information sent while logging into the controller be figured out by someone sniffing the packets? I know you intended this app for the iPhone, but since some may be using this on the Touch I just thought I would bring up the subject to make us that are security conscience aware of any risks of using it outside of our local network.
Thanks Dan.
Thanks for the feedback, I’m trying to get motivated to get a second release out with temp sensor and the event log, I have a lot of other things on my plate right now.
The app uses 256 bit AES encryption back to your omni, nothing is sent in the clear. This is what the two keys in the options menu are used for.
Hi Dan. Any idea when you might have an update for the iPhone app? I’ve been eagerly checking your site since last August
You should charge for this app…and reap some rewards for all your hard work!
Thanks…
Todd
Dan, this is great app. Every customer I show it to loves it. I agree with others, you should charge for it. I install HAI systems and don’t like needing to install a PC to get PDA functionality. Are you planning to include ver 3.0 fixed? It doesn’t work with HAIs latest release of firmware. Keep up the good work.
I’m having trouble getting it to work locally on a wifi w/O internet my I phone is on the same wifi and I can’t connect any suggestions?
Hi Rick, can you give any more details? Make sure your ip address is right, your key is correct (should resemble aa:bb:cc:dd:00:01, numbers and letters separated by colons). Also what model and firmware version are you connected to? (mine is a omnipro II with firmware 2.16)
Dan, as a HAI dealer in MD I’m very interested in this App. I currently have firmware 2.16 but looking to upgrade to their 3.0 firmware. Will this app work? I currently have a Blackberry w/Verizon and this would be a major jump to AT&T just for the iPhone so wanted to check first.
Also you should put a Paypal Donate link on your main page. I’m a Linux geek as well and understand how much hard work can go into a “free” project. Thanks for all of your time and effort, hopefully I’ll soon switch to iPhone.
If you haven’t checked out HAI’s 3.0 firmware new features there are numerous upgrades in how you can create automation rules.
I have a 3.0 chip arriving today, there are some known show stopper issues with 3.0 that will need to be fixed. Also the iphone 3.0 software is having some issues with the app that will need to be fixed before they release it to the public.
Dan,
Thanks for the program. It is great. Like others I cannot get the cameras to work. I cannot get my cameras to work even on a web page. I think this has to do with the iphone video software support which I was told would be fixed in iphone 3.0 software. I tried to left click to find the jpg address(on my laptop) but no luck. I am using the HAI video software/hardware. Any other suggestions or should I wait for the new iphone software?
Thanks,
Jack
Does this app work now with 3.0 firmware?
I really want to show others this app again.
Thanks
Jeff
Dan,
like others I am really excited about using your app once things are set to go with the 3.0 software release from HAI for it to work with a Omni-Pro 11 board. I have been a customer with Verizon for some time and as much as i hate AT&T I would switch over to have this application by buying an iphone to work with my system.
Thanks,
Chris
Does the H@ME app work on the new Sprint Palm Pre.
Is there an app for the new palm pre.
@jeff yes it works with iphone 3.0 software, I have been running it for a while
@Chris it does work with HAI 3.0 but I have another release getting ready that works much better with 3.0 and 3.1
@Mike this is a iPhone app
@Dan Not from me
Hey Dan, I am not able to access my network with the app. I am running Firmware 3.1 for HAI. I input my fixed IP and router port as well as the Keys. I also tried reinstalling the app. No luck. Any ideas?
…Also, when I input my local ip it says loading name chache, but then closes out the app. It suckes that Im the one it doesnt work for LOL! Ive seen it work though, and its cool as hell, its the reason I bought my Iphone! Please help.
@chris this sounds like a bug that has to do with how my app works with 3.1 firmware. If it says loading name cache then you have your settings right. You may have to wait for the next release which uses a newer way to talk with the omni. I’m trying to find time to get it out over the next few months.
Thanks so much man! Thats is exactly what Im getting. Great news! I really thought it was me LOL! Is it possible to go to an older version of firmware? I have never tried to go back. It would be sweet. Your app is going to enable me to close a bunch of jobs. I echo alot of the remarks in saying that you have a very valuable app here. Good idea to give it away for free at first though. Good marketing. Ill keep checking on that update. Thanks again for the reply!
Hey Dan, I changed my firmware to 3.0, but it is doing the same thing “Loading name cache” and then quiting. any ideas, maybe I should go to an earlier version than 3.0?
GOt it!!! I had a user setting named while I was messing around with the programming early on. I had not even thought about that. The app works great. Im running 3.0. I have yet to get my ip cam on, but Im going to check out the ticket on it. by the way really helpfull. Your the man brother!!
@chris, glad to hear it. That’s useful information for others, named user settings were added after I wrote h@me, its obviously not handling them well.
Dan, I have been having the same symptoms as Dan. I am running 3.0, I have removed all Named User Settings, still no progress. The strange thing is that I had H@me working great on my last ITouch until I dropped it and broke it… Great product, I agree you should have a link for donations to the cause…
Hi Dan
Have you ever thought of making h@me available ot blackberry storm
Thanks Garry
Dan,
i downloaded the amp and it is truely amazing. great job. everything works great so far. keep up the good work and add that donation link!
Ken
I saw in posts that I am suppose to resolve the external ip address of my panel to be able to control system over 3g/edge. I am not sure how to do that. Any tips?
Hi Dan,
I am very enthuastic about your H@me software. I am in the Home Automation busines, use HAI controllers, and am interested in offering Iphone capabilities.
If I download the application and connect to a wireless network, how do I enhance for internet access later (settings in the Iphone) when my customers want to expand to the Internet?
How do I get the updated names etc. into the H@me? I want to be sure that if I install, that later when someone wants new lighting, thermostats, etc. or wants to rename them, that I know how to update them on the Iphone.
If a customer has problems, can I delete the application reinstall the application, and start over?
Is there a blog I can join to share experiences and network with other H@me advocates?
I am willing to work on some user documentation if it would be helpful.
Thanks in advance.
Ron
Hi Ron, I have been very busy over the last year and have not done a good job of creating a community or documentation, my project page http://digitaldan.com/projects/home has some information and ticket posting by others. This app will work both inside and outside a users network, they must have their cable/DSL router set up to forward port 4369 (both UDP and TCP) back to thier omni. You will also need to have a static IP address or use a free service like http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/ Yes the app can be deleted. In the preferences their is a “Load Names” button that will refresh the name cache if you make changes.
Take a look at http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/ This free service allows to to use your dynamic ip address from your cable/dsl router and associate a name. Then make sure to have your cable/dsl router set up to forward port 4369 (both UDP and TCP) back to your omni.
Hi dan,
Great app. I have paid for Snap-Link and WL#, but find yours is better for what I need. It looks like the new version will cover any of the requests I woudl have made – any idea when that one is coming? Do you have a donation link? Is there any way to run multiple panels from one iPhone? I would be prepared to help the cause on this one as well. Keep up the good work, I think you will see more and more demand for this product. I wouldn’t be surprised if HAI approaches you to buy it soon and than they will charge us a few hundred to use it.
Hi Dan,
I am new to iPhone. Where in Iphone Store can I find this appl?. Thanks.
The famous Digital Dan Your like a hero here in Long Island ny
Since I found out about the app myself and all of my friends have hai and now all i phones, thanks to your app
I just got A NEW
i need to know how to get the key codes out of my key pad
i have an airport extreme, I cannot do the following
get the iphone to connect, set up the airport extreme for “port mapping” port forwarding.
if you could walk through the steps from start to end and where to type into the HAI the static ip and where we can get one etc. basically as if i’m a 5 year old. I WOULD APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH
i have my keys and my code, need the rest and instructions on how to do so !
thank you thank you
do you make something for the HAI Omni Pro2 that works with Blackberry?
Hi Dan
Have you ever thought of creating h@me available ot blackberry storm
Thanks Garry
I have Omni IIe Version 2.16 firmware. I have opened up the port in my router and have set up ipod Touch with the H@me app and can access the Omni Controller while within the network at home. However, when I am at a remote location, trying to access the Omni Controller via Wi Fi, it does not let me!! I have used the IP address of my WAN from my modem. I have also tested the port and it is definitely open. What I am NOT setting up correctly for the remote accessing?
Thanks,
Jeffrey
@Jeffrey, make sure port 4369 on your router is forwarding UDP as well as TCP and that both are pointed to the internal IP of your omni. The next version will use TCP only, but will be for omni’s with firmware 3.0 (2.16 had a few network bugs). If it works inside then it should work outside. Also to make things easier, I would use a service like http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/ which allows you to associate a domain name with a dynamic IP address.
@Gary and @Chris, no there will probably never be a Blackberry version. I don’t use one, and the development environment for their operating system is awful.
Thanks Dan. I do have both TCP and UDP configured for the IP address of Omni but it still doesn’t work! It is the WAN IP Address of the modem that would be listed on the itouch, wouldn’t it? That is what I have but still does not work!!
I also called Verizon to see if I can change the Dynamic IP to Static and learned that the change will only be done at computer level that tries to connect to the network and not the incoming DSL service.
Also are the services of dyndns.com safe from the security standpoint?
Thanks,
Jeffrey
hi dan very nice app. I use the home app a least once ever two days.
Any chance of a new update so i can update to 3.1
thanks Jerry in lakewood co. wwwluciensecurity.com
Dan – Love the HAI iPhone app. it’s been working great then last week I couldn’t connect to it and still can’t no matter the location. Can you HELP!
@Kathy, can you give me the exact error message that is being displayed? Also have you done any recent programming or upgrades on your Omni?
Dan – The error message is “connection failed – network connection failed – cancel or reconnect”. I’ve tried to connect while I’m at various locations and the same message comes up and like I mentioned it was working great and then all of a sudden I can’t connect. No we haven’t done any upgrades to the Omni. Hope you can help because I use it all the time when I’m out of town.
Thanks
@kathy, That message means either the ip address, port or key is wrong (or rather can’t be reached in the case of the IP). How are you connecting to your omni, do you have a static IP or are you using a service like dyndns?
Hi Dan
sorry I’ve been out of town just had chance to check your response.
Don’t know if we have a static IP do know the program was set up with the dyndns ip. Does this give you any clues or do I need to check for that static IP?
Kathy
Hi Dan – I was thinking about something after my recent response back to you, my husband had an IT guy from his office at our home working on his wireless printer, trying to get the best signal for the printer. Could this possibly have anything to do with my problem? It’s the only thing I can think of since the issue with the HAI program happened about the same time.
Kathy
I am running a HAI Omni Pro II with Firmware v 3.2b. My dealers HAI rep told him that your software has not kept up with the latest Firmware version from HAI. I think this explains why I cannot connect. I was able to connect before the firmware upgrade.
My dealer mentioned that when he spoke with the HAI President, at a trade show, that he would be willing to work with you.
I am a “Mac Guy” and your software is my only hope to control my Omni Pro with my iPhone. I encourage your to see if your can partner with HAI to bring your app up to speed. Also I think you should start charging for the App. Of course once you begin selling it, you will need to on top of support and updates.
Looking forward to an update soon that will get my App working again.
Thanks for your solo efforts in building this great App!
Phil in Tucson
@Kathy, it sounds like something on your network has changed, if you are using dyndns then you have a dynamic address, which is fine, but if your router/computer/modem is not updating the dyndns service then that could be the issue (it pings dydns requently to tell it what ip address it has). Its also possible that the firewall/router had been changed and is not allowing the HAI ports through or doesn’t know about your HAI unit. Its also possible that your HAI unit has another ip address on your internal network, or has somehow been disconnected.
@Phil, I have a 2.0 version on my phone right now, it uses the second generation protocol from HAI, so it works with firmware 3.0 (but not 2.16 or below). I’m hoping to get some time to finish the last few features and get it out there.
Dan,
Great. Looking forward to the 2.0 version. Question, will there be a way to have both Local and Remote settings stored in the phone?
I am using Dyndns for a DNS when on the road. But that is different from the IP of my HAI panel when accessing from home.
Phil
Dan thanks for the info which is all Greek to me but I’ll pass along & hopfully get this figured out. If it is one of those issues you mentioned will I need to reload everything again
Hi Dan
Have you ever thought of creating h@me app for the Palm Pre.
Thanks Mike
Dan,
I have a HAI Omni IIe version 2.11. I am not able to connect through your H@me app. When I go to connect I get a message “Connection Failed, Network Connection Failed, Cancel Reconnect”. I am able to connect through HAI’s Snaplink which I believe uses the same information that H@me requires so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. My Snaplink is up to date and my iphone has the latest updates. If you could help me I would appreciate it. You app looks awesome.
Thanks
Dan,
Could you tell me if the H@me app works with the Omni IIe latest firmware version 3.2?
Thanks
@Mike, I believe it does work with 3.2, there is a known bug with a new feature called “user settings” that if used crashes H@me. I’m just wrapping up version II which will only work with 3.0+ . I don’t think the current version of home works with anything below 2.14.
HI Dan
Thanks again for the H@ME app.
On you next update can you add Temperature Sensors and Humidity Sensors to it?
Thanks Jerry
hey dan,
running the latest firmware on an omni pro 2 with 3.1 on the iPhone. I connect fine, but it starts loading the names cache, then the program shuts down. does the same thing every time. wifi or 3g. connection is good… nut it always crashes on loading names cache.
t
Sorry, but i’m not able to connect with my HAI Omni Pro II v 2.15.
I have 3GS iphone with last firmware. I don’t know if it is a bug or my Omni Pro II is not supported at all.
Any help will be appreciate.
Many thanks for your work
Hi, i have 3gS with new firmware, not loading names cache!
When you think of putting the new version of the program?
…thanks for the work.
bye
i have a iphone 3GS running 3.1.2 firmware
The software crashes during load on names or it will just not connect, I’m also running Omni Pro 11 3.0A FYI
Thanks!
Hello!!!
I am sorry to bother you but I still have not been able to connect. If you have some suggestions that would be greatly appreciated (I have an Omni IIe v3.2 and iphone with the latest updates. I have a Netgear DSL Modem/Router DGND3300 which is wireless. My Omni IIe is not hard wired I have a Netgear Wireless Access Point/Bridge WN802T that is connected to the Omni IIe with an ethernet cable. I am not sure what is configured wrong. I forward port 4369. I don’t believe the Omni IIe has a default Gateway setting, if it does I am not sure what it is. It would be somewhat hard but if needed I might be able to run an ethernet cable from the router to the Omni IIe. I am not sure that would make a difference. When I try to ping the card or access point I get destination host unreachable. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Mike
I did get my system going but I find at times when I access my information from my cell phone that the information is not correct. For example I can go to lights and it will show that some of the lights are on when in fact none of my lights are on. Is there something that I can do to refresh my phone app. My Omni IIe board is 3.2b and I have the latest updates to my phone.
Thanks
Mike
Love your H@me software. It works great, on my main home. My vacation home is having trouble though. I configured my wife’s iPhone’s H@me to control our main home (no problem at all). I configured my iPhone’s H@me to control our vacation home. Here I am having the problem. H@me crashes quite often upon launch (It was configured properly). When it doesn’t crash upon launch, I always get “Connection Failed. Network Connection Failed”. Clicking “Reconnect” quickly returns with the same failure message. I tried deleting the H@me app, and reinstalling. Still no help! I have tried setting the IP address as the local (192.168.0.150) eliminating the firewall/router from the problem. I do have a public “dyndns” address port mapped (4369 TCP UDP) to my local address. I am able to PING my HAI panel. When I click “Reconnect”, I see a GREEN LED flash quickly inside the HAI panel (Omni IIe with EPROM 3.2). I’ve tried several different network cables, with similar results. Can you suggest anything to try? How close is v2 to release? Are you looking for any Beta Testers? Do you take donations for this software? Is any of the source code available for download?
Thank you!
Marty
I am having the same problem as the above individual. “I always get “Connection Failed. Network Connection Failed”. Clicking “Reconnect” quickly returns with the same failure message. I tried deleting the H@me app, and reinstalling. Still no help!”
I was wondering if it had to do with the new software download for HAI? I have the latest software download as of January and am wondering if this is the reason that app. continues to have problems.
Thanks,
Darin
A genuinely excellent publish by you my friend. I’ve bookmarked this page and will occur back following several days to examine for any new posts which you make.
Your website came up within my search and that i’m relocated by what you have created on this theme. I will be presently prolonging my own inquiry and thus cannot lead additional, nevertheless, I’ve bookmarked your web website and will also be going back to keep up with any probably improvements. Merely adore it and also many thanks for enabling my personal feedback.I’m all over this using this write-up, I really assume this website requirements a lot more thing to consider. We’ll most likely become once more to see far more, thanks for in which data.
Dan,
I have to say I am both disapointed and embarassed. Disapointed because of your lack of response to one of my clients who purchased your hai app. And embarassed because i actually recomended your app to them!!
Since your most recent update, their older iphones cannot use the newly updated App. They have contacted you a number of times. At furst you acknowledged the problem and saud a solution was on the way. After waiting they contacted you again. Now you appear to be ignoring them. As a professional integrator i have many clients with HAI systems. You can be assured you will never hear from any of my clients again, because i will never recommend your app again.
